We adapt our standard implementations flexibly to the specific requirements of our customers. Whether integration into existing SOC environments, adding a NOC or implementing specific automization systems. We support our customers in revising and optimizing their SOC-related processes to meet current security requirements and increase efficiency. If the customer requests different standard implementations of OSCAR © or our other products, we will be happy to take on this task. For example, if customers are already running their SOC environment and just want us to implement an automation environment, we are also happy to take on this task. We continually improve SOC and automation environments to increase their efficiency and security. We rely on proven methods and innovative technologies to maximize the performance of the systems. Our team specializes in converting SIEM systems, particularly from Splunk to Elastic. We carry out these migrations seamlessly to provide our customers with powerful and cost-effective security monitoring. If requested, we are also happy to improve Security Incident Centers (SIC) by increasing their performance and efficiency. We are implementing additional use cases based on machine learning to ensure more accurate threat detections and faster response times.

One of the most important tasks before a SOC implementation is to establish SOC readiness for the customer. In this project phase, all necessary measures are taken to ensure that the implementation of the SOC runs smoothly and efficiently.
